Bar Hopping

I recommend getting out of the city when in Cozumel, Mexico.

Rent a scooter.....

Go bar hopping.....

Tip 1:  Stay on the bicycle path if your are drinking and riding.

Tip 2:  Watch out for the drunks driving cars on the bicycle path.

Costa Maya

Puerto Costa Maya is a cruise ship port in Mexico on the Yucatan peninsula.

There is a tourist area at the port.

We took a shuttle to the fishermen's village.

It was nice and relaxing.

Cervezas are cheap....

TIP 1:  Walk away from the beach to the main drag.

Find a small market.....

Cervezas are only a dollar away from the beach.

TIP 2:  Don't buy marijuana from the guy in the alley.

It's a setup.....

An armed soldier followed me into the market immediately afterwards.

At that moment I was so glad that I don't partake.

Coxen Hole

Coxen Hole, Roatan, Honduras

We took a taxi into Coxen Hole, Roatan.

It did not feel completely safe.

We didn't see any other tourists there.

Our taxi driver stayed with us the whole time.

With my broken Spanish and her broken English we got along fine.

Friday Night

We celebrated a friend's birthday late on Friday evening.

I've been missing the process of shooting film.....

I set my Leica to capture color JPEGs.

I promised myself I wouldn't process any of the files.

We had a great evening.....
