The Badlands

It was a stormy day when we arrived at the Badlands.

Clouds and rain aren't ideal for a hike.....

It's perfect for capturing beauty though.....

    You use a polarizing filter to get the clouds to pop? They're fantastic.

      Thank you Russ. I didn't use a polarizer..... Only great post processing techniques!

    What is your understanding of what make these lands "Bad"???
